Every order is 100% insured from our atelier to your doorstep. We prioritize speed; orders are dispatched within 2-4 days and typically arrive within 2-5 business days via express shipping partners.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We offer a 100% "Crystal Guarantee". We understand the fragile nature of our art. If your order arrives damaged in any way, simply send us a photo, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately, free of charge. No questions asked.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Contact us and we will guide you through the return.
Can I mix models to get the discounts?
Yes. The -20%, -30% and -50% tiers are based on the total number of pieces in your cart, across all models and colors. The discount applies automatically, no code needed.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
While our crystal is durable, to preserve its brilliance and heirloom quality for generations, we strongly recommend hand-washing with mild soap and drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Choose options
STAGE 1: FIRE & FORMATION
True Craftsmanship, Not Mass Production.
Every Margerie glass is hand-shaped by master artisans. This glowing dance in the fire creates the heavy, premium feel you experience. We craft a unique signature for your home, not a soulless replica.
STAGE 2: PRECISION DIAMOND CUT
Flawless Geometry Catches the Light.
Those stunning rainbow prisms are no accident. Millimeter-precise deep cuts made with diamond wheels give the crystal its true character. The satisfying weight in your hand is the physical proof of this labor.
STAGE 3: INSPECTION & PERFECTION
Only the Best Reaches Your Table.
Every piece undergoes a rigorous final inspection under intense lighting. Only glasses with perfect weight, balance, and brilliant light reflection earn the Margerie Crystal seal. Your home deserves nothing less.
