1. The Instant Breakage Replacement Guarantee (Our Promise) We understand the fragile nature of crystal. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you are fully covered.

  • How it works: If any item arrives broken, chipped, or damaged, simply take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to us at support@margeriecrystal.com.

  • The Resolution: We will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately, free of charge. There is no need to file complicated claims or return the broken glass. We handle everything for you.

2. 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy We want you to fall in love with your collection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original luxury packaging (including all protective materials and tags).

  • The Process: Contact our team to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
