You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

All accessories included with the product must be intact, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchange Options
You may request an exchange for a different product. Once we receive your request, we will check availability and contact you with the next steps.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping Details

The shipping cost for the initial order is covered by Margerie.

For returns or exchanges, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If the item has been used or washed
