Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • All accessories included with the product must be intact, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchange Options

You may request an exchange for a different product. Once we receive your request, we will check availability and contact you with the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Details

  • The shipping cost for the initial order is covered by Margerie.

  • For returns or exchanges, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the item has been used or washed

  • If the 14-day return period has expired
